Refund Policy

1. Our promise

If you are not happy, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided your website has not been published and shared with guests. [EDIT: confirm the rule you want.]

2. After publishing

Because the service is delivered digitally and the website is live, purchases are generally non-refundable once published, except where required by law or if we cannot fix a technical problem.

3. Upgrades and extensions

Upgrade and extension purchases follow the same window, counted from the date of that purchase.

4. Etsy and marketplace codes

All purchases are made on Etsy and refunded through Etsy under its policies. Unredeemed codes may be disabled when an order is refunded.

5. How to request

Refunds are issued through Etsy. Message us on Etsy (or email concierge@auraweddings.com) with your Etsy order number and we will help. When an order is refunded, its access code may be disabled.
