Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a plan from Aura Weddings ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. [EDIT: describe your company, country and governing law.]
2. The service
We provide tools to create and host a digital wedding invitation website, collect RSVPs and manage a guest list. Features depend on your plan (Basic or Premium).
3. Your content
You own the photos, text and music you upload and you confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us permission to host and display them to operate the service. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
4. Plans and duration
Each plan includes hosting for a set period from purchase (12 months for Basic, 24 months for Premium). You can extend the period for an additional fee. After expiry your website is no longer public; we keep your data for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.
5. Payments
Our plans are sold on Etsy. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. Payment is processed by Etsy under its own terms. After purchase you receive an access code, which you redeem on this website. Each code can be used once.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activity or to collect data from guests for purposes other than your event.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. [EDIT with legal advice.]
